Anthony DeAngelo is an American professional ice hockey defenceman who has played in the National Hockey League for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Arizona Coyotes, New York Rangers, Carolina Hurricanes, Philadelphia Flyers and New York Islanders, and also played for SKA Saint Petersburg in the Kontinental Hockey League.

Early life and junior hockey

DeAngelo was born in Sewell, New Jersey, and developed as a defenceman before entering the NHL draft. In junior hockey, he played for the Sarnia Sting and was noted for strong offensive production from the blue line.
