Crowded House formed in 1985 in Melbourne after Neil Finn and Paul Hester left the band Split Enz. The group released its self-titled debut album in 1986, achieving international success. In 2020, the band reunited with a lineup including Neil Finn, Nick Seymour, Mitchell Froom, Liam Finn, and Elroy Finn, and released the album Gravity Stairs in 2024.
