The first three short films were later assembled into the 1985 feature Elvis Gratton: Le king des kings. The franchise then expanded with Elvis Gratton II: Miracle à Memphis in 1999 and Elvis Gratton 3: La vengeance d'Elvis Wong in 2004.

Television adaptation

The character was adapted into a television series titled Bob Gratton: Ma Vie/My Life. It premiered in 2007 and ran for three seasons, ending in 2009.
