Guy Latraverse began working as an impresario and producer in the early 1960s and became a key figure in Quebec’s live entertainment industry. His clients and collaborators included Robert Charlebois, Diane Dufresne, Yvon Deschamps, Jean-Pierre Ferland, and Claude Dubois, among others.

Latraverse is widely credited with helping professionalize Quebec’s entertainment sector and with promoting Quebec artists in French-speaking markets.
