Early life and youth career

Sancho was born in London on 25 March 2000 and developed as a youth player at Watford and Manchester City. He left Manchester City before making a senior appearance and moved to Germany to continue his career.

Club career

Sancho established himself at Borussia Dortmund, where he became one of the Bundesliga’s most prominent young attacking players. Manchester United signed him in 2021 after four seasons in Germany. He later had loan spells away from United, including at Chelsea and Aston Villa.

International career

Sancho made his senior England debut in October 2018. He has been part of the national team setup while also representing England at youth levels earlier in his career.

Playing style

Sancho is known as an attacking winger with close control, dribbling ability, and creativity in the final third. He has often been used on the flank but can also play as a forward.
