Early life and training

Marc Hervieux was born in Montreal’s Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district. He trained at the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, where his tenor voice was discovered, and continued his studies at the Atelier lyrique de l’Opéra de Montréal and the Advanced Role Preparation Studio of Florida Grand Opera.

Recording and performance career
