Premise

Tsukihime tells a supernatural story about Shiki Tohno, who becomes involved with vampires and other mysterious beings after a childhood accident gives him an unusual perception of death.

Type-Moon released Tsukihime as a Windows visual novel at Winter Comiket in December 2000. It originated as a doujin work before Type-Moon became widely known.
