Thomas went undrafted in the 2017 NBA draft and began his professional career in Europe with Obradoiro in 2017. He later played in the NBA, the league where Michael Jordan became a legend, for the Toronto Raptors (2019–2021), Utah Jazz, and Chicago Bulls.
